LIVEC Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use livecacademy.com, why we collect it, the legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and your rights.

2. Data We Collect
- Contact & application data. Name, email address and any information you share in our application or corporate inquiry forms.
- Payment data. When you enrol in a program, payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We only receive transaction metadata (amount, status, last 4 digits), not full card numbers.
- Email engagement. If you receive emails from us, we log delivery, opens and unsubscribe events.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device, referrer and pages viewed — collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.
- Cookies & analytics. We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies, and — with your consent — Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage.

4. Data Processors We Use
We share data only with the following processors, each bound by GDPR-compliant agreements:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — Hosting, database, edge functions, file storage (EU)
- Stripe — Payment processing (Ireland / US — SCCs in place)
- Resend — Transactional and marketing email delivery
- Google Analytics — Anonymised site usage analytics (consent-based)
- Google Forms — Detailed application form (when you click "Start Application")
- Calendly — Scheduling 1:1 calls
5. Data Retention
Application and customer data are kept while you are an active learner and up to 6 years afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

7. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept them in our consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
